Sunerzha LLC was founded in 1996 in St. Petersburg. Having analysed opportunities and demands of inner market, we have made a decision to produce design-radiators of stainless steel. We have perfected technologies that allowed us to improve technical characteristics and achieve an outstanding level of reliability for our products.
In Russia, our products are mostly used in hot water supply systems. Level of corrosion in such systems is many times higher than in heat systems, that is why we manufacture our products using pipes of edible grade stainless steel AISI 304. Technical characteristics of that steel allow using Sunerzha design-radiators in heating and hot water supply systems regardless of water quality and its chemical compound. Stainless steel includes nickel and chrome that not only ensure high corrosion resistance, but also provide the radiator with specular gloss after the fine multistaged polishing. Polished stainless steel has some major advantages over chrome-plated steel: it is extremely resistant to environmental loads, has fine specular gloss over all surface that does not grow dim over time and the last, but not the least – due to absence of coating it can not come off and expose the pipe for corrosion. Stainless steel grants our design-radiators additional useful properties that are out-of-reach for dyed or coated radiators, for instance it allows to dry textile products with zippers and other metallic or rigid parts without risk of damaging the electroplated coating, because our radiator have no coating.
Use of stainless steel also makes it possible to spray-on different colours – “Gold”, “Copper” and unparalleled “Chameleon”. Colour shift is achieved as a result of nitride-titanic impingement of steel in vacuum; that means it is not dyeing or galvanic coating and improves overall product’s resistances.
Special pipe welding technique (the pipe is welded by the full thickness of the pipe’s wall, no welding filler or other additional materials used) allows using Sunerzha design-radiators in systems with working pressure up to 25 bar.
Design bureau that was founded as part of our company develops and adopts new models of design-radiators, as well as special equipment for manufacturing them.
