Assembling and installation of the SUNERZHA series design-radiator


Fit the fluoroplastic O-ring to the housing.
O-ring is made of fluoroplastic


Screw the adapter coupling into G 1/2" screw against the stop.

Using the supplied 12 mm allen key screw in the adapter coupling G 1/2" so that it tightens the O-ring in its housing ensuring a leak safe joint.

Screw in the air-purge valve into the adapter coupling G 1/2" with sufficient force to ensure a leak safe joint.

Screw in the decorative cap into the adapter coupling G 1/2"

Repeat the same sequence for the second subassemblage.


Using a screwdriver screw in four stud-bolts into the anchoring points on the rear side of the header.

Apply the radiator to the wall in desired position and mark anchoring points on it. Drill holes in the marked positions, insert dowels, apply mounting disks to the drilled hole, insert wall-bracket hub with locking screw in the centre of the disc. Anchor the four mountings to the wall using self-tapping screws.

Apply the radiator to the wall and align the stud bolts to the wall bracket hubs. Connect the radiator to the pipeline.

Adjust radiator's position against the surface of the wall as you see fit. Lock the position: screw in locking screw of the wall bracket hub using 2 mm allen key in all four mountings.
